1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed on carols.com (the "Site"). The Site and the Carol's brand are operated by EAU2SENS GLOBAL LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34476, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("Carol's", "we", "us").

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

We sell women's tank tops with a built-in bra ("Products"). Product descriptions, sizes and colours are given as accurately as possible, but screen settings may cause slight colour differences. Our size guide is a recommendation only. If you order the wrong size, you can exchange it free of charge under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Ordering and contract formation

1. You place an order by completing the checkout and clicking "Pay now".
2. We send you an order confirmation email. This email is our acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.
3. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a Product is out of stock, if a pricing or description error is found, or if we suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken, we will refund it in full.

Please check your order details carefully. Contact us at carols@gmail.com immediately if you need to change anything — we can usually amend an order until it has been dispatched.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay — there are no additional charges on delivery.
• Delivery is free on every UK order.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). Payment is taken when you place your order.
• Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed when you order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the Products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

6. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)

As a UK consumer you have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the Products.

To cancel, email carols@gmail.com with your order number, or return the Products following our Returns & Refunds Policy. You then have a further 14 days to send the Products back. We refund the price paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned Products (or proof of return), using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the Products have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their size, fit and characteristics.

Because the Products are worn next to the skin, they must be returned unworn, unwashed, with hygiene labels and tags attached. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for details, including our 30-day returns window.

7. Faulty or incorrect Products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a Product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, contact us at carols@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund including any return postage. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights. We are not liable for business losses; the Site is for personal, consumer use only.

9. Intellectual property

The Carol's name, logo, product designs, images and Site content belong to EAU2SENS GLOBAL LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

10. Personal data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected.
