Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Carol's tank. If it's not right, here's how it works.
Our 30-day guarantee
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange — no questions asked. This includes and extends your 14-day statutory right to cancel under UK law.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons (the tank is worn directly against the skin), returned items must be:
- unworn and unwashed,
- free of make-up, deodorant marks, perfume or pet hair,
- with all tags and hygiene labels still attached,
- in the original packaging where possible.
You are welcome to try the tank on to check size and fit, exactly as you would in a shop. Items that have clearly been worn beyond this may be refused or partially refunded.
Wrong size? Contact us first
Before sending anything back, email us at carols@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. In many cases we can sort a size exchange for you quickly — just get in touch.

Pack the item securely and send it, using a tracked service, to:

Email us your tracking number and keep your proof of postage.
Return postage
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we refund your return postage in full.
- Change of mind or size returns: return postage is at your cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. It can take a further 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. We refund the full price of the item(s). If you cancel your whole order within 14 days of receiving it, any standard delivery charge is also refunded (delivery is free, so this does not normally apply).
Faulty or incorrect items
If your tank arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
Sale items and bundles
Sale items can be returned under the same conditions. If you return part of a bundle or multi-buy offer, the refund is calculated on the discounted price actually paid.
