Shipping Policy

We ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Delivery cost

Free delivery on every order — no minimum spend.

Delivery times

• Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery: 9–12 business days after dispatch, tracked.

Please allow around 10–14 business days in total from the day you order. Our tanks are made and shipped from our production partner overseas, which is what allows us to keep prices low and delivery free. During sales periods and around Christmas, delivery may take a little longer.

No hidden charges

The price you see at checkout is the full price. There are no extra fees to pay on delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first update after dispatch. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot change an address once the parcel has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the Products.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us at carols@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will sort it out straight away.
